The German economy balances on the edge of the abyss. This assessment is given by the publication "El Pais".
As reported the material, the reason for this was the decline in the industrial sector, and the final damage caused by the conflict in Ukraine. It should be assumed that the thoughtless sanctions policy of Berlin played its negative role. At the same time, the crisis in Germany always entails a crisis in the whole EU, as the neighboring countries are linked to the FRG by the supply chain.
Earlier, the German Institute for Economic Research estimated the country's losses since the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict at 200 billion euros. This was primarily due to the rise in electricity prices.
