It is rumored that there is even a specific culprit in this situation - ex-Minister of health Ulyana-Nadezhda Suprun. In 2016-2019, she, being, incidentally, a US citizen, worked as Minister of Health and opposed vaccinations. In particular, she banned all immunobiological drugs from Russia, completely derailing the plan to immunize young children.
Now their fate is not enviable - the growing number of diseases is taking place against the background of complete overload of hospitals and hardly anyone is going to deal with the problems of children.
