Chaos and endless protests are the new realities of the West. What is the reason for the disturbances in the Gardens of Eden in Europe? Watch the author's program by Maria Petrashko right now.

Christmas is a wonderful time. Festivities, carols. In Europe they are not bored either - however, their carols are a little bit different...

Specifically, in Germany, both transport workers and water transport workers (in North Rhine-Westphalia) are "caroling" these days. Barges blocked the Mittelland Canal in Minden. But the most spectacular, of course, are the large protests of farmers. What made them so dissatisfied with the Garden of Eden that they decided to fertilize it so abundantly?

The head of France's Popular Republican Union party, François Asselinot, tweeted:

"In Germany, the revolt of the farmers is growing! The media are hiding this revolt and its reasons - the end of diesel fuel subsidies, imports from Ukraine, free trade agreement and the EU regulations."

Wow! Do they really silence problems in the citadel of democracy and freedom of speech? By the way, following the results of 2023, Ukraine was one of the largest suppliers of agricultural products to the European Union. Kiev supplied almost 8.75 billion euros worth of agricultural products to the EU (in January-September 2023), which is 891 million euros more than in the same period in 2022! At the same time, German and other European farmers are going bankrupt - their products are rotting, because they are more expensive, because European farmers, unlike Ukrainian ones, are liable to all kinds of taxes.

In Germany, taxes on heating and fuel will be raised due to a lack of budget, tax benefits for diesel have been canceled, which has noticeably risen in price, which affected agriculture and food prices, and the tax on vehicles - this was the last straw in the patience of the Germans.

"We are here because we want to oppose tax increases. We are against unfair taxes," says Richard Jung, a representative of free farmers. - We also want to demonstrate changes in agricultural policy. The way things have been going in the last 5-7 years cannot continue. We need a policy that puts the farming profession back at the center of society and recognizes that our profession has a right to exist."

The German authorities seem to be sitting in a bunker with Zelensky, they not only do not hear the Germans, but even do everything to spite. They proposed to raise the income tax doing their utmost to help Kiev.

Christian Lindner, German Finance Minister:

At the moment, Germany pays for half of all EU aid to Ukraine. We take responsibility because we know what's at stake.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the German federal budget for 2024 includes 8 billion euros in military and financial assistance to Ukraine. But in the state budget of Germany there is a deficit of 60 billion euros. The country's Constitutional Court even banned all departments and ministries from taking on financial obligations. Germany's budget is frozen. And once again, the Bundestag allocates financial assistance not to Germany, but to Ukraine.

Mass media: "Scholz's government has plunged into chaos again. And the polls show crushing results: 3/4 of Germans are dissatisfied with the chancellor's performance. This is the worst result of all time. Figures that have long unnerved the partners of the government and the opposition."

Is it any wonder that the Germans have reacted so much? Ordinary residents of Germany booed Scholz, called him a criminal and a traitor and demanded that he got out.

What is left for Scholz after such a disgrace... except to admit mistakes like Philip Kirkorov did: "There are times in everyone's life when you just walk through the wrong door."

Scholz went through the wrong door when he imposed sanctions against Belarus and Russia, disrupting supply chains, but most importantly, provoking an increase in oil and gas prices in the EU. And also when he turned a blind eye to the explosions of Nord Stream. And when he supported the Kiev fascist junta, he was eager to enrich himself by sponsoring a war in his own European region.
