Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko has arrived in the Arab Republic of Egypt on an official visit, BELTA reports.
At the Cairo airport, the Belarusian prime minister was met by his counterpart - Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mostafa Madbouly.
The heads of government walked along the carpet to the guard of honor, as is customary during official visits. The anthems of Belarus and Egypt were played here, after which the Prime Ministers greeted the members of the official delegations.
Prime Minister of Belarus had a brief conversation with his Egyptian counterpart at the airport.
Roman Golovchenko arrived on an official visit to Egypt.
A series of meetings with the leadership of the Arab Republic of Egypt are scheduled for tomorrow in the schedule of the Belarusian Prime Minister's visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, in particular, a one-on-one meeting with the Egyptian Prime Minister, as well as a meeting in an extended format.
Also within the framework of the two-day visit Roman Golovchenko will visit the International Company for Industries and Projects (MAZ service center in Egypt), where he is scheduled to inspect MAZ vehicles and the ceremony of handing over a new MAZ tractor-trailer to the Holding Co. for Maritime and Land Transport for performance tests by the General Director of the International Co. for Industries and Projects.
It is expected that in the last days of April in Cairo the signing of a contract for the sale of MAZ vehicles will take place.
