Transport problems cause cancellation of European Track Cycling Championships in Minsk

Due to the forced transport problems, Minsk will not be able to host the European Track Cycling Championship. At the same time, a message appeared on the website of the continental federation, in which the President of the European Cycling Union Enrico Della Casa thanked the Belarusian side and personally the Head of the Federation Natalia Tsilinskaya for the efforts to prepare the event and important initiatives for the development of cycling in our country. As Natalia Tsilinskaya explained to the TV News Agency, European teams face huge logistical problem: flights are canceled, which makes it impossible to deliver a large amount of bicycle equipment to Minsk. Tsilinskaya excluded the political reasons for the cancellation of the Championship.
