Ukraine faces default

Ukraine is on the verge of default. "Standard and Poor's" has downgraded the country's credit rating to the level of "CC". The international agency claims that the restructuring of Ukraine's debts is almost inevitable and creditors will not get their money. At the same time, Kiev has to pay 4.5 billion dollars to foreigners on its treasury bills in 2024.
