As reported the state authorities, the police confiscated almost 30 thousand kilograms of psychotropic substances. The increase in two years amounted to almost 1000%.
The statistics from New York is also frightening. There, the current year began with a historic level of violent crime in the subway. Since February, there have already been three murders, and the number of thefts is growing. And this is despite an increase in the number of police officers and measures introduced in an attempt to curb criminal activity.
