137 dead and 180 injured in Moscow began the procedure of identification of those killed in the terrorist attack

In Moscow, on March 24 they began the procedure of identification of the dead in the terrorist attack. By 19:00 137 dead and 180 injured people were recorded.

At the site of the tragedy, the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have already dismantled more than 400 cubic meters of destroyed structures of the building. In the course of investigative actions, 4 sets of combat ammunition, more than 500 rounds of ammunition and 28 magazines, two Kalashnikov assault rifles, which were used by the attackers, were seized. In addition, according to the Investigation Committee of Russia, during the arrest of the suspects in the Bryansk Region, a Makarov pistol and a magazine from a Kalashnikov assault rifle were found in the car of the terrorists. A search operation with the use of heavy equipment is continuing at the site of the terrorist attack. No traces of mining at the site of the terrorist attack have been found.

Svetlana Petrenko, official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia:

“The work is currently underway to clear and search the concert venue, collect evidence, and study surveillance video cameras. In the meantime, we are communicating with the victims. We will also conduct genetic, ballistic and fingerprinting examinations on the evidence left behind by the terrorists.”

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported on investigative actions with the suspects in the terrorist attack. A total of 11 people have been detained, today in the Basmanny Court of Moscow they will choose a measure of restraint. It is reported that another participant of the attack died in the building of "Crocus City Hall". All suspects are the citizens of Tajikistan.

According to the owner of the Crocus City Hall, the criminals entered the hall not through the door, but through the window of the neighboring exhibition center, and then opened fire on people. This is confirmed by eyewitnesses.

As it became known, one of the terrorists was in "Crocus" on March 7. He was identified by a photographer who worked at the site on that day. At the same time, the US Embassy published a warning about a possible terrorist attack within 48 hours.
