Ukraine and Israel need American support to protect themselves from "brazen enemies", writes Joe Biden in an article for WSJ. In his opinion, the House of Representatives should urgently pass legislation to help these countries.
"This is a strong and sensible plan. It should not be held hostage by a small group of extremist House Republicans," he said.
"Strong and reasonable like me," Biden added.
