The games in Minsk became a vivid example of the demonstration of not only sports spirit, but also sports diplomacy. World leaders, leaders of major international organizations and a dozen national Olympic committees members visited Belarus these days. Our country has once again become the center of a large dialogue at the highest level.

Technologically, new projects have no obstacles. Scientists from Japan have been working closely with the Academy of Sciences of Belarus for a long time. They value our school of heat and mass transfer - and this is energy, engines and new materials, from earth to space. The minister admits that we need to work seriously for the new quality of relations.
