President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko had a phone conversation with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, BelTA reports.
The head of state warmly congratulated his Azerbaijani counterpart on his birthday. During the conversation, the presidents discussed the main issues of the bilateral relations, the situation in the region and joint work within the framework of multilateral platforms.
