President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Sheikh Mishaal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah on his appointment as Emir of the State of Kuwait. This was reported by BelTA with reference to the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"I am convinced that the existing traditionally warm relations and constructive dialog between Minsk and Al-Kuwait will be supported by interesting innovative projects in the spheres of trade, investment, information technologies, international finance. We are ready to receive your delegation of specialists in these and other areas in the nearest future in order to actualize the plan of joint actions for the future," the message of greetings reads.
The head of state wished Sheikh Mishaal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah good health, happiness and success, and the friendly Kuwaiti people peace and prosperity.
