The Venezuelan leader visited Belarus 4 more times - in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Alexander Lukashenko visited Venezuela in 2007, 2010 and 2012. The leaders of the two countries found common ground and their relations turned into real friendship. Chavez and Lukashenko met for the last time in June 2012 during the Latin American tour of the President of Belarus. At that time the leaders signed about 20 documents and participated in live TV stand-ups with the regions of Venezuela where Belarusian projects are being implemented.
