The International Minsk Dialogue Forum has ended. Now the results of it are discussed by the experts and society. The President's speech turned out emotional and powerful especially in relation to the Ukrainian situation, where the war has been going on for six years now. Moreover, the conflict goes into the frozen stage, but there is still no solution. In general, the situation in the world is far from being calm.
The world peace is challenged by the conflicts between Russia and NATO, Russia and the USA, several years of armed conflict in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Transnistria, Cyprus, South and North Korea, India and Pakistan, Ukraine.
Finding the balance between war and peace in the world is not an easy thing to do. Donbass is an example. Minsk does not suggest uniform strategy and impose itself as a peace creating ground.
