A concert programme premiered by the Federation of Trade Unions in Minsk featured over 100 actors who spoke about Belarus’ national characteristics and traditions. The hour-long performance was attended by representatives of the diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Serbia and Venezuela. The organisers plan to hold such presentations for tourists on a weekly basis.
Preparations for the concert began in August. Initiated by Belarusian trade unions and Culture University students, the project will be included in the permanent programme of the Palace of Trade Unions till 2019.
