The cost of public rental housing will be 50 percent of the market cost. This was announced today at the opening of the exhibition Budpragres by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kalinin. The issue of pricing of such housing was discussed on the eve of the exhibition. This year it is planned to build about 330-thousand square meters of rental housing. And next week the price range, the conditions and criteria for receiving it will be determined.
