Protests of farmers and financial crisis at the moment are the main problem in Europe. This was stated by the Secretary of the Union of Journalists of Russia Timur Shafir.
According to him, the authorities are unable to convince ordinary Europeans that domestic problems will be solved, which in turn encourages people to take decisive action.

All that the economic leadership of the European Union is doing now is consistently injecting some stimulants into its economic vein, or giving potent sedatives. And there is no end in sight to this protest. We can see what violent real protests are now taking place in the agro-economic sector in France. And these are not the carnival-like, slightly showy recent protests of the "yellow vests", "green vests", these French bourgeois, middle class representatives, who were partly dissatisfied with some small suppression of their freedoms and rights.
Now farmers have taken to the streets of Europe, the expert noted. "Farmers are the salt of the earth, these are the people without whom all these "yellow vests" and all the representatives of the administration of France, Germany will eventually begin to starve," he warned. - Farmers are determined enough. The big question is how far their determination will extend. Will they once again go for a carrot that Macron or one of his colleagues will wave at them, as it has happened so often.
