Living wage budget increased in Belarus from November 1

The subsistence minimum budget has increased. Now it's 231 rubles and 83 kopecks. This value is revised every three months, so the new indicator is relevant until the end of January 2020. The amount of minimum labor and social pensions, state benefits at birth and other benefits are also changing in proportion to the minimum subsistence budget. In addition, new minimum consumer budget has been introduced. This figure is now 372 rubles and 6 kopecks per family member of 4 people per month.
