Funeral ceremony for Oleg Molchan to take place at the Belarusian Philharmonic

Today Belarus will say goodbye to composer Oleg Molchan. One of his bright songs "Prayer", performed by Vladimir Mulyavin became the spiritual anthem of the country. At the end of the 90's Molchan became the first music director of the legendary band and gathered "Pesniary" again after the breakup. Next year he planned to hold his jubilee concert, on April 11 he would have turned 55 years old. The funeral service will be held in the Grand Hall of the BelgosPhilharmonic from 11 to 14.00.
