The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus has lowered flags as a sign of grief for the victims of the terrorist attack in Russia. This is reported by BelTA with reference to the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
"Today the flags at the building of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry are lowered. We mourn together with the families and loved ones of the victims of the terrible and inhuman terrorist attack in the Moscow region. Our thoughts and support are with the brotherly people of Russia," said the Foreign Ministry.
