The memorial complex "Khatyn" in 2023 was visited by more than 500 thousand people. This was told by the head of the main department of culture of Minsk Regional Executive Committee Alla Shakhotko, writes sb.by.
"An important event of last year was the opening of the permanent exposition of the new museum in memory of the victims of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War to the 80th anniversary of the Khatyn tragedy in the memorial complex "Khatyn"," said Alla Shakhotko.
In 2023, "Khatyn" was visited by 525.6 thousand people, which amounted to 185% of the level of 2022.
