The long-awaited premiere of "Challenge" was held in Moscow on the Day of Cosmonautics. This is the world's first picture filmed in space. For this purpose, a film crew was sent to the ISS: actress Yulia Peresild and director Shippenko. They spent 12 days on the space station, so they literally immersed themselves in the work. By the way, one of the roles was also played by our countryman Oleg Novitsky. This is his first cinematographic experience.

Oleg Novitsky, pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of Russia:

“I played the role of a cosmonaut who was injured while working in orbit and had to be rescued urgently. So my roles consisted of groans, coughs, just some lines. They knew perfectly well that we were going to have a hard time playing. We didn't have much time, like on a movie set. Sometimes filming would only take half an hour, they would cut them off as then time ran out. Sometimes it took two or two and a half hours at a time. But this schedule allowed them to meet the allotted time and shoot all the material they wanted to shoot in orbit.”

According to professional cosmonauts, such a scenario is impossible in real life. So the film turned out rather fantastic. By the way, Ilon Musk and Tom Cruise had the idea to make a similar film. But the Russians took advantage of them. In Russia, the film will be released on April 20.
