The unified voting day in Belarus is held for the first time, there are new rules by which people cast their vote. What is the efficiency of such "novelties" and how they affect the socio-political life of the country, said political scientist, researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexei Dzermant.

Alexei Dzermant:

Social elevators have already made politically active patriots not just commentators, analysts, but real participants in the processes. And many such people go to parliament, communicate with voters, hear real problems.

"We have entered the period of formation of essentially new bodies of power, such as the National Assembly. And part of the deputy corps of local councils, all members of parliament will enter there. And who will be these people in the new status - in fact, this is a new generation of managers," the political scientist said.

The expert noted that managers "need not just to learn from textbooks how politics and economics work, they also need to understand what is a little further away, what is hidden, what are the trends." "We will all have to learn this: experts, scientists, deputies, politicians. Because the next 10 years will determine the future of our country," he said confidently.
