Dmitry Ananiev, the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Information Technologies Companies, announced today that a black list of unscrupulous online stores will be compiled in Belarus. Dmitry Ananiev explained that information will be received from state sources, as well as from comments and appeals from citizens. In this case, such messages cannot be anonymous – so that the information received could be properly verified.

"Pages on the Internet mostly have positive reviews. Negative reviews are being constantly deleted. Using our webpage, each consumer can check any Internet store – whether it is reliable or not based on whether the store has had any legal issues and whether it has violated the rights of consumers."
Before that, consumers did not have a unified resource with all the detailed information about violations committed by Internet shops. The new platform for online shoppers will be launched later this year.
