Private sector development and property relations reforms

One of the systemic issues that must be addressed to by the Government of Belarus is private sector development and property relations reforms. It was stated by the Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich at the meeting of the Council of Ministers where the government summarized the economic results of the first half of the year. Prime Minister noted accelerated growth of the Belarusian economy and proposed to focus on economic modernization

Today, the share of small and medium-sized businesses accounts for 23 percents of GDP. By the way, for the 6 months of this year the economy has grown by 3200 private enterprises, including 370 industrial ones. Mogilev, Vitebsk and Minsk region created more than 3 million new jobs.
