The illegitimate President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a high-profile bill on toughening mobilization in Ukraine. It will come into force in a month. The document contains several clauses that actually make total control over the military conscripts.

Thus, the law introduces mandatory provision of information about citizens to the military commission, including those who live abroad, the right to detain a person liable for military duty for the absence of a military card. Ukrainian citizens face criminal liability for failure to appear at the military enlistment office on the basis of a summons already issued. At the same time, the terms of demobilization are not specified in the law.
