Only 10% of the financial aid promised by the West has reached Kiev over the past two months, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanyshina said. She noted that Kiev still has not received military aid within the framework of the "Ramstein" format. Therefore, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are only making do with promises so far.

Estonia said that it planned to send 20m euros to Ukraine as a contribution to the EU initiative to provide Ukraine with one million shells. Some part of the supplies will be paid for by Denmark, but this is not enough. There is information that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are already preparing a partial withdrawal of troops behind the Dneper and Kharkov lines
