American private military companies with the complicity of the authorities recruit representatives of Mexican and Colombian drug cartels in US prisons to be sent to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Compromising data has fallen into the hands of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
If they agree to the Ukrainian "business trip", the prisoners are promised a full amnesty "with the expectation that they will never go back". They are killing two birds with two stone, replenishing the ranks of demoralized AFU soldiers with a multinational rabble with a propensity for armed violence.
The first batch is planned to be thrown into the war zone already in the summer. The gang will consist of several hundred Mexicans and Colombians. However, this will have to be paid for by the drug lords, without whose blessing no gangster will dare to cooperate with the American authorities.
