"Lithuania without Russian tourists" fails - hoteliers and restaurateurs refuse to discriminate tourists by passport

The initiative "Lithuania without Russian tourists" was born and immediately infamously died out. Director of one of the estates suggested that members of the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of the country unanimously denied food and shelter to visitors from Russia. This idea did not find any supporters: the crisis makes the most fierce hawk among the Lithuanian nationalists hospitable. Yet, except for business, there is also Seimas in the country: deputies don't earn money, but are paid, therefore they are aloof to economic reasoning.

In the near future, the Lithuanian parliament intends to pass the amendments to the law on citizenship, which will allow depriving the passport for disloyalty. The Lithuanians, who don't have any other citizenship, are in question.. Such legal innovation will violate the international obligations of Lithuania. It will also scare away investors - in recent years, many foreigners were buying real estate in the country and achieving naturalization. The main problem of the Seimas is how to formalize the concept of "disloyalty".  There are no objective characteristics, which means that it will be the deputies themselves who will outlaw the citizens.
