Kiev will have to pay for EU aid

Is it the end of western charity? European Commissioner Thierry Breton said that Zelensky was mistaken in thinking that all EU aid would be gratuitous. According to the official, Brussels was not going to "transfer" but "supply" ammunition to Kiev. He noted that only one out of three channels of supply from the EU for Ukraine was free, but for the shipment of the other two Kiev will have to pay.
