The new complex of administrative buildings for the Belarusian Orthodox Church will appear in Minsk. This project is Paul Metropolitan discussed today during the meeting with the Head of State.
The new complex is located next to the present building of church administration. During three decades, the number of parishes in the country has increased by five times. Thus, the original building is simple and does not meet the requirements of the time. The President supported the initiative.
Administrative building of the Belarusian Orthodox Church was built at the expense of its own funds and sponsorship. Today Alexander Lukashenko and Metropolitan Pavel also discussed the issues of cooperation between the church and the state.
