A unique international project, initiated and compiled by the National Archives of Belarus, is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Chernobyl accident. An exhibition called "Chernobyl: from accident to revival" was opened here. The exposition reveals previously unknown and secret documents on the history of the Chernobyl tragedy. These are letters, decrees, acts and exact notes of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus, the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Health of the 80s-90s.
The preface to the opening of the exhibition was a conference attended by representatives of Polesie Radiation and Ecological Reserve, the Department for Elimination of the Consequences of the Chernobyl Accident.
