All timber should be processed at Belarusian enterprises. This was stated by Alexander Lukashenko in respect of the draft decree on the improvement of activities in the field of forestry. The President noted that in addition to increasing the processing power we need to use wood resources more efficiently. In this case, the end product should be primarily export-oriented.
The President also noted that today the forest industry has the most modern technology, so nothing prevents the industry to give high performance.
