President sigs Decree No. 500 on the appointment of the members of government

The leadership of the Council of Ministers will remain the same. It will be headed by PM Andrei Kobyakov. Senior Vice PM Vasily Matyushevsky will be responsible for economic issues. Vice PM Natalia Kochanova will be responsible for social issues. Two other experienced Vice PMs are Mikhail Rusy and Vladimir Semashko. Vladimir Koltovich was appointed the Minister of Trade. The other head of ministers and departments remained the same.
