President again reappoints Petr Miklashevich Chairman of Constitutional Court of Belarus

The relevant decree was signed by Alexander Lukashenko. The legislation provides that the head of the Constitutional Court is appointed by the President with the consent of the Council of the Republic among the judges of the Constitutional Court for a period of five years. The appointment of Miklashevich shall be approved in the upper house of the parliament.
