Leonid Kozik, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus reported today to the Head of State on the preparation of resorts to the World Hockey Championship, labor protection, promotion of public health and reduction of voucher prices for large families. Also the development of the trade union movement, as well as organization of celebrations for the upcoming memorable dates were discussed. Thus, on the First of May unions intend to hold traditional meeting and soon the centenary of trade union movement in Belarus will be celebrated.
Under the instruction of the President the Federation of Trade Unions has prepared thousands of health resorts. Their service quality is not inferior to modern city hotels. Here tourists will be offered buffet service, restaurant menu, SPA and health improvement, as well as wireless Internet. Comfortable accommodation and convenient travel arenas give these objects a number of advantages.
Meanwhile all trade union health resorts are ready to improve public health. According to the Federation, half of resort places are traditionally booked by Belarusians, while the rest of them are bought by foreigners.
