The President's specific questions to the participants of the meeting are as follows: how will the incomes of the population grow, what are the reserves of the effectiveness of the budget system and social standards, and whether the proposed measures to reduce public debt are sufficient. Development options were proposed by the government. The average salary should be increased with an emphasis on lagging enterprises. The target of 1000 rubles is still relevant.

It provides for implementation of more than 1,700 investment projects important for the development of the regions. This step fits into the framework of the concept of achieving a GDP level of 100 billion dollars until 2025.
