State regulation of the economy and enhancing efficiency of economic entities was discussed at the international scientific and practical conference at Minsk’s Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus. Scientists, economists, political analysts and diplomats from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan believe that a senior official's special role under modern conditions lies in the ability to respond to various consequences of economic processes.
The conference was divided into the following thematic sections: innovative economic management, external economic activity and competitive capacity of enterprises.
