In 2024, Belarus will maintain the trend for the active development of relations with the countries of the hottest continent. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Yuri Ambrazevich at a meeting with the delegation of South Sudan. The subject of discussion was the potential of bilateral interstate relations. The Minister of Investment of South Sudan Dhieu Mathok Diing Wol emphasized that the country is interested in studying advanced technologies of Belarus.

These two days in Belarus have been very productive for us. We visited a number of government agencies and key enterprises in the spheres of health care and agriculture. Today we are at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus to discuss opportunities for bilateral and interstate relations. South Sudan is located in the heart of Africa. And if the government of Belarus wants to cooperate with Africa, we are ready for various kinds of partnership so that you could develop your presence in East Africa.
