Ministry of Internal Affairs makes more than 1,000 dismissals

Today, a meeting of the two chambers of the Belarusian parliament took place, where Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Zharko announced that regular recalculations of minimum and social pensions in Belarus are expected to be made on 1 August and 1 November. Also, the government answered questions from deputies and senators. The main task is to prevent a decrease in the standards of living. Therefore, it is crucial to preserve the ratio of the average pension to the average salary at a level of at least 40%. Reforms in Belarusian school education were discussed, as well. Vasily Zharko assured that the reforms will be reasonable. He also stressed that he was a supporter of the idea of classes starting at 9 am. As for parents, they should coordinate their work schedule with the employer.

Several comments were made by the Minister of Internal Affairs today in Parliament. In particular, journalists were interested in the checks regarding the head of Rosselkhoznadzor – Sergey Dankvert. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus noted that the final decision will be announced in at least a month.

As for optimizing the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the head stressed that today more than 1,000 dismissals have been made. Some of the vacancies that were dismissed remained vacant until recently.
