The failed coup attempt in Belarus has not changed the enemy's plans. One of the possible dates for destabilization is a constitutional referendum. It will take place not later than February, but, obviously, they won't leave us alone until then. We have already learned how to stand up to the blow and this does not stop us from being constructive - this week the President met with a working group which, incidentally, is engaged in finalizing the draft of the Basic Law. But its work does not replace or cancel the work of the Constitutional Commission.
After the draft of the Basic Law is finalized, the Constitutional Commission will discuss it once again. The next step will be a national discussion, and then the document will be looked at again by lawyers, and only then will it be put to a referendum. The public is informed about every step of the work on the Basic Law; nevertheless, there are plenty of fakes around it.
