President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Daniel Noboa on winning the presidential election in Ecuador. This is reported by BelTA with reference to the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Minsk is interested in deepening the political dialog with Quito on the basis of understanding and mutual respect, more active development of trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural relations," the congratulatory message reads.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed hope that the election of Daniel Noboa as head of state will give a new impetus to the interaction between the two countries and joint efforts will help ensure more effective realization of the potential of Belarusian-Ecuadorian cooperation.
The President of Belarus wished the President-elect of Ecuador good health and success in his responsible activity.
