The President held a meeting with the leaders of political parties that have been re-registered and have gained a foothold in this field.

The Communist Party, the Liberal Democratic Party, Belaya Rus, and the Republican Party of Labor and Justice. Each of them has yet to find its face and supporters. According to Alexander Lukashenko, the leaders should take a proactive position. The level of trust in political parties in the Belarusian society is still relatively low. But the state has created all the legal framework for their work. Next, it's up to the parties themselves. The task is to compete among themselves at the level of projects and legislative initiatives. Moreover, parties should represent the interests of all strata of society: budgetary workers, entrepreneurs, and pensioners. An opportunity to "join the party" and thus influence on what's going on in the country will certainly direct the civic activity of Belarusians in a civilized direction.
According to the head of state, the current leaders should be replaced by young, energetic people, but the main task is to preserve the country. "I want you to realize that our peculiarity is that there is a change of generations. If we stumble, believe me, no one will give us a shoulder. Everything depends only on us. The world is being redivided. And God forbid we get into the mill of this redivision," the President emphasized.
