In general, the method is certainly convenient - to educate and pay ideological fanatics, to give them weapons in their hands so that they arranged terrorist attacks in their own countries - and the customer seems to have nothing to do with it. Now imagine, somewhere at the training ground near Grodno, our military, together with the Russians, would train Polish "patriots" in sports shooting for the benefit of restoring Poland's sovereignty.
