President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has once again called for peace talks on Ukraine. This was stated by the head of state at a meeting with the heads of delegations participating in the 19th session of the Meeting of Heads of Security and Intelligence Services of the CIS member states, BelTA reports.

"The nature of trusting relations between us is determined by our common history (it can't be changed anymore), economic, scientific, educational potential, inter-human contacts inherited from the once united country. This is our economic space. Yes, much here depends on Russia. But let us speak frankly: Russia becomes different every month, every year. More than ever, today, due to certain conditions, Russia is the cementing, unifying link of the entire post-Soviet space. You know, due to what conditions. Let us preserve this economic space. Let us preserve this common market. Don't you understand? Look at Ukraine," said Alexander Lukashenko.

The head of state told about contacts with former heads of intelligence services: "They always talk about the reasons and so on. I asked an American a question: "What if Mexico behaved like this against American citizens?" America would have crushed that Mexico at once."
