The negotiations for a political settlement of the conflict in the Donbass cannot be stopped half-way, otherwise Europe will have another "hot spot" for the coming decades. This opinion was stated by second President of Ukraine and its official representative in the Contact Group Leonid Kuchma in an exclusive interview with our News Agency. In his view, sustainable peace should be encouraged by all parties involved - from the United States and the European Union to Russia.
