Vitebsk Region joins Memory of the Heart patriotic action

Vitebsk Region has joined the national Memory of the Heart action. The participants of the event unveiled a reconstructed monument to WWII victims. Some 17,000 Soviet soldiers killed back in 1943-44 are buried in the common grave. The names of the soldiers are still being identified and put on memorable plates.
