Such a verdict of the Constitutional Court was announced. Today, the agency has delivered the annual message of the President and the National Assembly. Over the past year 53 laws were tested for compliance with Constitution.
Peter Miklashevich, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Belarus: "Our task is to find a reasonable balance of legal regulation in national and supranational law. The process of forming the legal framework of the Eurasian Economic Union process is not easy, but in accordance with the treaty on the EAEC, in fact they make acts of a supranational level, which have a direct effect in the territory of the Republic of Belarus."
