4th Forum for Young Journalists ends in Minsk

Today, master classes from masters of Belarusian journalism were held at the forum. Moreover, the winners in the nomination "Debut" - for reports, essays, photos that have been in print or broadcast this year – were awarded. The Youth Forum completed with the debates "Vybiray.BY."

Today several global themes were discussed there: among them was the responsibility of a journalist and journalism in general, to the society, especially in the modern world, and in the context of the major political events in Belarus.

Today, at least 100 young journalists will go home with new ideas, contacts and knowledge acquired, in particular, from journalists of "SB Belarus Today", BTRC, the news agency "BelTA" and "Vayar."

Despite the fact that this forum is the fourth, Minsk hosted it for the second time. Prior to this, the major conference for young journalists took place in the regions. The next location of the forum will be announced later.
