In Minsk, the number of ambulance calls to COVID patients has decreased. This was reported by the chief doctor of the ambulance station. Alexander Zhinko noted that the workload peaked in October-November. Paramedic brigades of 1500 people work in the capital. They go to the infected in personal protective equipment. The station has a two-month supply of them. After each call the car is processed. However, one should not relax. Doctors warn of a possible third wave and remind about the protective measures.
All medical workers involved in the fight against infection, including ambulance stations, receive additional payments.
